Digital India: A way towards digital revolution

Being digitally empowered, is the need of the hour and a step towards the tag of being developed.

After struggling for freedom for decades, our country got freedom and In 1947, India took birth as a country of its own.
British had left the country but in very weak condition. Our country was like a newborn malnourished child.
We were surrounding from problems of hunger, lack of food grains and other natural disasters and hence, We had to start our journey from the very first point.

After 68 years of freedom, India has fought bravely with several major problems to strengthen its position in the world community.
In the very beginning, we were struggling for food grains but we overcame by starting Green Revolution. We set the goal of production and achieved more than that. We made ourselves self sufficient in terms of food grains.

White revolution ended up the shortage of milk in our country.

Our country is a developing country. Here, Minimum requirements of life are available to maximum people.
Adding one step in the process of development, It was necessary to start the digital revolution.

DIGITAL INDIA campaign has been launched with a goal for making our country technologically self sufficient. It’s a process to transform the traditional way of work. Quick, easy and effective results could be seen in the country very soon.

It’s a thinking that is going to change the lifestyle of the people as well as the look of our country.

It was very necessary

We are struggling with our system. Corruption, bribe, late work in govt. offices are some of common major issues a common men is facing yet after more than 6 decades of India’s freedom.

Major barriers in the way

India has poor regulations in the field of privacy protection, data protection, cyber law, telegraph, e-governance, e-commerce etc. Further, many legal experts believe that e- governance and DIGITAL India without cyber security is useless. The cyber security trends in India  have exposed the vulnerability of Indian cyberspace.

Digitally enabling doesn’t only mean to set wi-fi at public places or supply Internet services to the remote areas but to change the mindset of the people and to literate them about its effective use.

Before providing people resources, It’s necessary to clarify them about its clever use and its power in strengthening of our country.

Misuse should be avoided.

Digital garbage would need special attention of the government.

Benefits are infinite

I am a village guy but making an opinion of my own publicly, is something enough to tell its benefits.

Govt. Plan of e- Governance will not only change the traditional way of government’s working but also enable transparency.

Use of technology will be introduced in every sector; from agriculture to education, industries to markets etc.

The campaign is certainly going to empower our country and its people.

If I am a student, digital India will provide me better reach to world’s best books, best knowledge, easy interaction with great education resources.

If I am a businessman, digital India will provide me the updates of market rates, ways to increase business and a lot more.

If I am a farmer, digital India will provide me Information about the necessary things of farming, regular updates of climate, easy reach to better resources for the agriculture etc.

If I am a common man, wandering here and there for my file, then digital India will supply me fast as well as effective services. I wouldn’t need to wander around govt. Offices but I would be able and empowered to get the result at my home in a very quick way.

Government has planned for implementation of the goal by 2019.

If digital India will be implemented in its best, It will certainly transform our present and show a way to country’s bright future.
